A robust survey drawing is created from a solid network
of survey control stations. This control must be stable
and well constructed and preferably in a location that
will not be moved or lost. Control is often located
outside the survey area to enable recreation of the
survey grid after development of the site has been
completed. All our instrumentation is calibrated and
checked regularly to eliminate the possibility of errors.
We also carry out all work in accordance with long
established ‘best practice’ and our quality
procedures have been
accredited by BSI.

Using GPS observations, we can work to a local grid or
link to the OS National grid as requested by the client.
Our range of GPS equipment and processing software
enables us to provide fixed control solutions over large
areas with tie-in into any previous survey control
placed by others
